About Oscar
Oscar is the kind of cat who likes to take a moment to read the room before diving in. But don't let that fool you-behind that shy exterior is an incredibly sweet cat just waiting to show his true colours. His foster mom reports that Oscar is doing wonderfully in foster care and has become quite the cuddle bug once he's comfortable.
