About Lilly

Lilly has become a truly wonderful addition to our foster family. She is fantastic with my two children and is especially fascinated by my baby. You will often find her gently stationed beside the playpen, happily accepting pets from tiny baby hands. She has even tried to “share” her treats and toys with the baby. If I hadn’t seen it myself, I would not have believed it. She looks like the dog from All Dogs Go to Heaven but has the playful spirit of the dog in Peter Pan. Lilly loves to follow me from room to room while I go about my day. She is calm most of the time and enjoys simply being near her people. Lilly will bark, usually when she sees a dog walking past the house. She is very friendly with visitors and greets them with enthusiasm and a wagging tail. When guests arrive, she can get a little excited and may try to jump up, but she listens when firmly told to stay down. I believe she is highly intelligent and just needs continued work on her basic training. She can be a bit of a
