About Sweetpea

Sweetpea lives up to her name as a sweet, smart, and active little lady! She adores people, and is especially loyal to "her" people. She loves to cuddle, but is also a fast learner who enjoys all sorts of intellectual and physical challenges. She can be overwhelmed and excited by the world and would benefit from confidence building and continued training, but when her day is done she's happy to crash with her people. She's still unsure that other dogs are friends so she's not a candidate for dog parks and would need time and patience to adjust to one or two canine companions. If you are an active person, couple, or family with kids aged 15+ and with lots of experience with herding breeds and looking for a new best friend - Sweetpea is what you've been searching for!
