Meet Shady! She is 7-year-old Pitbull mix with a heart full of love and a soul that just wants to belong. Shady walks beautifully on leash and truly shines when she’s close to her people. She forms deep bonds and would be happiest curled up beside you on the couch after a nice stroll together. Shady thrives in a calm, predictable home where she can feel safe, secure, and loved. Routine helps her feel confident, and once she trusts you, her affectionate and loyal personality blossoms. She can be a little nervous at first, but with patience and kindness, she becomes an incredibly devoted companion. This lovely girl would prefer to be the queen of her castle and soak up all the love and attention for herself. She enjoys her walks and still has plenty of pep in her step, but her future family should be mindful of her comfort. Shady has had a TPLO surgery done on both knees and has healed beautifully. Flat-ground walks and moderate exercise are best to keep her feeling her best – no long or strenuous adventures needed! If you’re looking for a gentle, loving best friend who will adore quiet moments, cozy cuddles, and simply being by your side, Shady may just be your perfect match.
