1 years 6 months • TERRIER, PIT BULL
Blizzard is a sweet, people-focused girl who communicates through eye contact and hand signals. Being deaf, she relies on her humans for guidance and will stick close until she feels comfortable in her environment. She’s great with kids and would do best as the only dog in the home. She’ll need a patient family willing to build trust and help her continue growing in confidence. True to her bully breed personality, Blizzard does everything fully—she loves walks, rope tug, kick balls, and a good antler chew, and is just as committed to snuggles and naps. She is kennel trained (used overnight and when alone), not destructive in the home, and walks very well on leash. She is very nervous around cars but is improving with consistent support and guidance. Blizzard is currently in training and doing very well—she will thrive in a home that is committed to continuing her training and reinforcing her communication and confidence.
