About Herman

If I know what love is, it is because of you. likes: treats, sleeping, hanging out in the yard with his friends, chin scratches. dislikes: Walking on leash, freshly cooked chicken (but will eat chicken flavoured dog food). ideal home: He would do best in a non-active home where he can be carried around and adored. It would be best to have a house with a yard so he gets exercise as he will not walk on a leash and prefers to have privacy when doing his business outside. Attached home, Detached home, Condo, Senior home, Quiet home, Left alone during work 8+ hrs. energy level: Low. experience with kids: Unknown. experience with cats: Unknown. training needs: He would benefit from basic training and confidence building. He is still working on his house training and is good if taken outside frequently. Needs basic training, Shy, Needs confidence building. medical needs: None. From Herman Foster: Herman is a sweet little guy but may be a bit lazy. He loves going for rides in the doggie stroller and will get out to explore the "pee trees" but hasn't decided to try walking on leash yet. He loves treats but can be selective in which ones he actually will eat. His favourite is beef liver and will give the cutest head tilt as he waits for the treat. Hermie has just started playing with his foster sister. He does enjoy a comfy bed and looking out the window. This little guy snuggles in anytime you pick him up and is so good when I comb his hair or do any grooming on him. He will be perfect for a non-active home or someone who enjoys carrying their dog and treating him like a prince. This sweet little angel makes everyone smile and his adopter will surely fall in love quickly.
