About Biscuit
DOB approx Dec 2023 ** Needs a home with another young playful cat!! He’s a rambunctious boy so does better without a submissive cat friend. ** he also does best with food with no chicken. Meet Biscuit – Playful, Affectionate, and Full of Personality 🐾 Biscuit is a ~2+ year-old boy who brings a perfect mix of affection, entertainment, and companionship. He’s the kind of cat who wants to be part of your life—chatting with you, following you around, and settling in nearby (often at the foot of your bed) to keep you company. He’s incredibly loving on his terms—he’ll ask for pets, tap you gently from his favorite perch on the back of the couch, and stay close throughout the day. He’s not a “carry me everywhere” cat, (which isn’t generally a cat trait anyway) but he happily accepts quick snuggles and shows affection in his own sweet, consistent ways. Biscuit is also very playful and athletic—his nickname is “parkour kitty” because of his impressive leaps and acrobatics (don’t worry, no damage—just pure talent and energy). Because of this, he’ll do best in a home with another young, playful cat or even a cat-friendly dog who can keep up. He’s not the right match for older or low-energy cats. He may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable in his space, he warms up quickly and shows his true, affectionate personality. The best part? Biscuit is well-mannered and easy to live with—he uses his scratching posts, respects boundaries (he listens when told “no”), and doesn’t get into trouble. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccines. He does require a special diet to keep his tummy happy—we can go over that with you ! Biscuit will thrive with someone who wants an interactive, playful companion—as well a nice lap cat. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate cat with a big personality, he might be your perfect match. With love, His foster momma ❤️😻 Note from his First Foster family: I have to say I have had many cats in my life but never had one who is as devoted to me as this one. As soon as I sit in a chair he is in my lap. When I come home he is waiting at the door for me. When I read the paper in the morning he is on the table with me. This morning he woke me up because he was giving me a bath. He will sit in my husband’s lap, but I am definitely his person. I am happy to say he does not claw furniture and just the mats at the door. He loves the birds and spends hours looking out the windows. While I think it would be nice for him to have a buddy to play with, he seems fine playing by himself. He loves the plastic springs and stuffed mice. Biscuit has become my shadow. The only time he spends anytime downstairs now is if we are down there watching TV. Otherwise he spends all his time upstairs. He is either sleeping on the bed, on a dining room chair, or on your lap. He loves checking out the birds through the windows and has started to chatter when they come around. He also loves to play with his toy mice and plastic springs and will run around the house for hours chasing them. he would do best in a quieter home as lots of loud noises and activity does scare him but if a quieter home he is a big love!
