Jasper is high energy and always looking to have fun, but with that comes a lot of strength! He will need a patient adopter ready to teach him the ropes with positive reinforcement based training. He is new to a lot of things, and will need to be gently taught manners when greeting people. He is just so excited to meet everyone! Jasper enjoys other dogs, often resulting in a lot of excitement and pulling when he sees them. He would most likely benefit from having a dog friend. *** Thank you for your interest in adopting! Dog Pre-Adoption Questionnaire The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Note that we receive a high volume of adoption inquiries each day, and may not be able to follow-up with every applicant.
