Best off-leash parks in Calgary for a new dog?

Calgary has a ton of off-leash areas. For a newly settled dog, start somewhere you can keep distance from other dogs until you know their recall and social style. Quieter edges and weekday mornings beat a packed weekend. Once they are reliable, the bigger spaces like Nose Hill and Fish Creek are great.
