Fern is one of 11 puppies rescued from a difficult situation on Birdtail Reserve in Manitoba. We took in 5 of the puppies, and they arrived needing a lot of care after likely spending much of their early lives outdoors. Even after such a rough start, Fern has grown into a confident, affectionate little guy.At 9 weeks old, Fern is the dominant one of the litter — bold, curious, and always the first to investigate something new.
