This spirited little guy was rescued from a high-kill shelter and is now on the lookout for an active family that can keep up with his energy and give him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Rags is a loving and playful companion with his favorite people, and he absolutely thrives on affection and attention – he’ll even jump up for some extra love!
