Meet Popcorn! Popcorn is a 3 year old Bichon looking for a busy home to call his own! Popcorn was brought to the BCSPCA when his previous owner could no longer care for him, but they did a fantastic job socializing him through his early years. Popcorn loves to bounce and play, and would love to go to a home with children to run around with. He would be happy in either a house or an apartment, but he is still working on his housetraining, so quick outdoor access will make that much easier.
