Meet Havoc, a handsome and sweet Shepherd mix who is a total volunteer favorite! He is a friendly and deeply affectionate boy who loves following his human friends around, greeting them with happy jumps, and settling down nicely for treats and pets. True to his breed, he is an intelligent explorer who enjoys independently sniffing around the play park. Because Havoc finds the busy shelter environment a bit overwhelming, he is currently residing in a foster home.
