When Frank first arrived in care, he was very shut down. He avoided eye contact, would run away the second his foster tried to approach him, and genuinely wanted nothing to do with people, touch, or attention. Fast forward to now, and you’d hardly recognize him. Frank continues to gain confidence daily and has made incredible progress in learning to trust.
