About Tapper
The name Tapper comes from his gait, that sweet, awkward little rhythm that makes his feet go tap tap, tap tap as he moves. It’s as if he’s lightly drumming the floor with determination and joy. We don’t know whether his neurological difference is something he was born with or something he acquired due to injury. What we do know is this: he has been seen by a veterinarian. Bloodwork has been completed and came back within normal limits. We do not believe he is in pain. He urinates and defecates on his own.
