Found living on the streets, Echo was fortunate enough to be taken in by a kind-hearted woman who wanted to keep him safe. While she was unable to keep him permanently, she made sure he had a chance at finding the loving forever home he deserves.<br /> <br /> Life has brought a lot of changes for Echo in a short amount of time, and he's still learning…
