Meet Cece❤️ Cece is a gently, tender hearted girl who’s still learning that the world can be a safe place. Beneath her fear is a truly sweet and friendly dog, but she’s been through a lot, and it show’s in how cautiously she approaches new people and situations. Cece will need a very experienced handler and dog owner. Although we are currently working with her daily, she will not walk on a leash unless she has another dog by her side.
