💕 Meet Tipsy! 💕 Tipsy is a sweet, outgoing girl! 🐾💕 Tipsy came into care after we were approached by the family of a man who loved his cats dearly. Sadly, he became gravely ill and eventually entered hospice care. While he was there, a caring neighbour made sure his beloved cats were fed and looked after, but they spent some time without the person they loved most. Sadly, he passed away the very morning we brought Tipsy and her companions into our care. 💔 Before he passed, he knew that BPCR would be caring for his cats.
