SKIPPER is our latest adoptable scruffy pup, and he is looking for a new home. We’d like to say that he’s coming in hot to Toronto, but his arrival date is actually still to be determined! By the end of June, this pup will be eight weeks old, meaning he will be ready to fly literally and figuratively into your arms at the end of June/early July.
