Opry came to SCAT after being found hiding under the hood of a vehicle with her littermate—a pretty scary start for such a tiny kitten. Understandably, she arrived as a hissy, hidey baby who wasn’t quite sure about these strange humans around her. But Opry is learning that people might not be so bad after all… especially when they come bearing yummy snacks! With lots of patience, love, and plenty of lickable “meat tubes,” her fosters have been gently helping Opry learn that being held, petted, and loved can be pretty wonderful.
