About Norma
Norma is a gentle, sweet girl who is still finding her footing in the shelter. New environments can feel a little overwhelming for her, and she prefers a calm, predictable space where she can relax and feel secure. Once she feels comfortable, Norma enjoys attention and affection, though she can sometimes become a little overstimulated when there’s lots of activity around her. For that reason, she would likely thrive in a quieter home where she can settle in at her own pace and build confidence.
