Accueil / Happy Feet Happy Feet came into our care in a very sad state. He was skin and bones, and clearly had been suffering from neglect.  When the shelter reached out, we looked for a safe spot for him right away.  Aptly named Happy Feet, this little canine skeleton tappity-tapped all the way into our hearts.  He has no idea at all that life was not kind to him, and if he does, he does a great job of not showing it!
