Hi! My name is Pepsi, and before you ask, yes… I am as bubbly as my name suggests. I'm approximately 2 years old, likely a Pitbull/Shepherd mix, although I'm a little shorter than most people expect. Think "fun-sized" rather than "travel-sized." Before I landed in rescue, I was living on the streets while pregnant with 13 puppies. THIRTEEN.
