Hi, I’m JD — though my foster hoomans call me Little Prince. I think it’s because I carry myself with a certain dignity (front paws crossed, head held high) and because I fully expect to be adored. I’m a people-cat through and through and I love being the centre of my person’s world. I’m affectionate, chatty, and very food-motivated. I enjoy cuddling on laps, being picked up and held properly, and sleeping in bed with my humans (especially in the morning, after breakfast — priorities matter). I’ll reward you with loud purrs, conversations throughout the day, and a deep, loyal bond. I thrive on routine, attention, and interactive time — meals, treat puzzles, wand-toy chases, balcony adventures, bird-watching, and quality cuddle sessions. If you’re home a lot and want a cat who truly wants to be with you, I just might be your guy. #LittlePrinceEnergy I’m a confident, expressive cat who knows what he wants — and I’m still learning the best ways to communicate it. When I first came into foster care, I used my teeth or claws when I felt ignored, overstimulated, or unsure of someone. With patience and positive reinforcement, I’ve made great progress and now rely mostly on my voice, body language, scratching posts, and dramatic staring to get my point across.
