About Benny

TEMPERAMENT: Timid due insecurity not held as a puppy. Coming around daily trusting more and more. PERSONALITY: Playful and shy. Benny is very sweet, just needs someone to help him over his fear when a younger puppy and not having anyone to take care or feed him. HISTORY: Homeless mother and siblings found freezing in -45 unbearable conditions in Saskatchewan. Benny survived, one of his siblings did not. They were found literally out in the sub-zero snow far below zero starving and freezing. Finally brought into a secure area once caught, they were then transported to us. Now in foster care in BC. FAVORITE THINGS: Toys PETS NEEDS/BEHAVIOURAL INFO: Needs adopter to spend one on one holding, near them, hand feeding and socialization to help Benny out of his shell. BEST MATCH: Large yard with another balanced dog would be nice or friends with dogs.
