Adopt a Dog or Cat in Edmonton, Alberta More photos of me can be found here. Diesel Dash | Male | Mixed Breed | My family was moving to Ontario, where unfortunately my breed is not allowed. So, I came to Zoe's to find my new home in Alberta, where I am welcome. Hi, I’m Diesel, and I’m here to bring some fun and love into your life! I’m a goofy, playful guy who knows how to turn an ordinary day into an adventure. Tug-of-war is one of my favorite games, and I’ll never say no to a good round of it. I’m super treat-motivated, which means I’m a fast learner and always eager to impress you with my smarts. If you love running, I’d make an awesome running buddy—but don’t worry, I’m also all about couch snuggles afterward. I’m sweet, affectionate, and love being close to my people. Sometimes I sleep in the funniest positions, and I promise you’ll laugh every single day with me around. I’ve got the perfect mix of energy and chill, so whether we’re out for a jog or curled up watching TV, I’m happy as long as I’m with you. If you’re looking for a loyal, silly, loving best friend, that’s me. Let’s start our adventure together! I am house trained, crate trained and know some basic commands. I can be a little much for little kids as I do jump up when I'm excited, so if any kids in the home, they will need to be older. I can sometimes be nervous when meeting new male humans but I'm a big fan of treats so it's not too hard to win me over. I get along well with the female dog in my foster home but can be selective with new friends so would need a slow introduction. I am conditioned to wear a muzzle if needed. Zoe's will include 2 private training sessions with a certified force-free trainer with my adoption to help set my new family up for success! I am neutered, up to date on my vaccinations, de-wormed and micro-chipped By: Parker Pothier One reason many families are hesitant to try fostering is because they are worried about or afraid of the process of saying goodbye. Specifically, families often worry about how … [Read More...]
