DOB: Jun 7, 2022 Hi there! I’m Torvi, a playful and active German Shepherd mix, and I’m looking for my forever home. I’m all about those fun walks and I do great on a leash, but I can be a little particular when it comes to meeting new friends. I can be dog and barrier reactive, so any introductions to other pets should be slow and steady. I’d do best in a home without small dogs, but I’m cool with cats! Summer’s a bit tough for me because I run hot, but if you have a pool, that’d be *amazing*! Swimming is my absolute favorite thing to do, but I also love the winter and I don’t get cold easily, so I’m a good match for those cooler months too. I’m a big fan of car rides and would love to be your hiking buddy, exploring new places together. Food is definitely my motivator, but I’m not too into toys — the flirt pole’s pretty fun, though, and I’ll play with toys here and there. I love to keep my brain busy, so mental enrichment is just as important to me as physical activity, and I’m super into using my nose. I’m not a big fan of the crate, though, and I’m not quite crate trained yet. When it comes to meeting new people, I can be a little cautious, but sometimes I just want to say hello and get some pats. I'm goofy, a little sassy, and I can't wait to find someone who will love me and give me the forever home I deserve! Could it be you?
