Howdy, I'm Viktor and although I'm small, I have a big personality! SCARS doesn't know much about me or my past but boy are they glad I'm here now! My friends at SCARS think I’m less than a year old but don’t think I’ll get much bigger. Despite my young age I am great on a leash and love going on walks. But don't get me wrong, I love a good snuggle and can be a couch potato as well! I am a very affectionate and playful boy who has loads of potential.
