About Tulip
Hi my name is Tulip. I'm a small sweet lil dog, but I do need a very specific forever home. I haven't had a chance at a foster home, so I have been staying at a partner boarding kennel. I came into care semi-feral, and unfortunately still am. At this point, I would do best on an acreage - I won't do well in the city as I have never lived in the city. I NEED another confident dog in the home. I have been good with both male & female dogs. I will absolutely be a project dog. If you think I might be a fit, please send in an app.
