Hello there, my name is Walter! A little while ago, life wasn’t all sunshine and catnip for me. When I first arrived at the BC SPCA, I was found as a stray and I was in pretty rough shape. I was skinny, disheveled, and at just 800 grams, everyone knew I needed some extra help to get back on my paws.
