Meet Dragonfly! Dragonfly has tested positive for and recovered from Canine Parvovirus. While she is now healthy, she may still shed the virus for up to 4-6 weeks post-recovery. During this time, she should only be placed in a home with no other dogs or with adult dogs that are fully up to date on their vaccinations. To help prevent the spread of parvovirus within the community, Dragonfly should be kept away from other dogs in outdoor settings and walked only in low-traffic areas that are not commonly used by dogs.
