About Scruffy
Meet Scruffy: Scruffy is a handsome, happy-go-lucky boy looking for his forever home! He came to the BC SPCA Kelowna Adoption Centre through no fault of his own. Although he’s only been at the Centre for a short time, he’s already shown us what a cheerful and affectionate companion he is. Scruffy is a very friendly boy. He seems to enjoy greeting both people and other animals respectfully, but he will whine when you walk away or when he is not getting your attention.
