Hi, I’m Moe, a 7 year old, 26lb Jack Russell mix, originally from Shanghai. My journey from China to Canada was a pretty stressful experience and I was in a heightened state of anxiety when I first arrived. Between that, and the fact that I am a high energy little dog who tends to push the boundaries, it was quickly determined that I wasn’t a fit for my inexperienced adopter so I was moved to a foster home.
