Learning Energy level? Average Rosie is a loving dog that gets along with everyone! She loves to play and go for walks. She is very smart and obedient. Rosie was living with a family in TJ, Mexico, since she was a puppy. When they had to move, they were not able to take her with them. She was surrendered. Medical: Spayed scheduled, Vaccinated, 4dx tested negative, Non-shedding
