Hi there! My name is Toffee, and I'm looking for my forever home. I came into the city pound last January with my three siblings, including my sister S'more, who is also up for adoption. We were just tiny puppies—only about two months old—without our mama. No one wanted to adopt us for two whole months, and just when things seemed hopeless, a wonderful rescue saved us before euthanasia.
