About Byul
Can be handled/touched: Shy at first and may run away when you try to touch him. Please wait for him to open his heart. CRK rescued him from a city pound this year in Korea right before he was scheduled to be put down. He was very scared of people because he had never interacted with them since his birth. He is getting better and and is learning to be loved by people. Medical: Neutered, Vaccinated
