Viewable in Shelter: Yes, in dog kennels. Meet Kiya! Kiya is a one in a million dog. She came to us very overweight, with joint and leg issues. Even though she was in pain, she was still one of the happiest, most affectionate dogs we have met in a long time. She really is everyone’s best friend. She is a little fish who loves to swim, which is perfect since she cannot walk as much as she would like right now while we figure out what is going on with her legs.
