Viewable in Shelter: Yes, in dog kennels. Meet Titus! Titus is our resident shelter baby, and staff and volunteers have completely fallen in love with him and his adorable little quirks! As you can see in the photos, Titus has Hypertrophic Osteodystrophy, which has caused his front paws to look like little flippers. He does not let this slow him down one bit. He loves to play, explore, splash in the pool, and snuggle up with his favourite humans. We are still learning what Titus’s future will look like.
