About Billie
Billie is a gorgeous boy who is always ready for a cuddle but is satisfied to lay beside you or partially on you if that's what you prefer. He is usually very quiet and is hardly ever heard except when it's dinner time! His meow is very different and sort of sounds like a baby. His foster will often find him sitting at her feet staring up at her. Impossible to resist he is usually scooped up for a cuddle and maybe to play a game as well.
