About Theo
Theo came to us from animal control with a broken spirit. He arrived incredibly shut down, timid, and scared of the world around him. Since coming into our care, he has slowly started to come out of his shell and is learning that people can be kind. Theo loves affection and you can tell how badly he wants to trust and be loved. He just needs someone who is willing to give him the patience, kindness, and time he needs to feel safe. Walking on a leash is completely new to Theo.
