Despite facing unimaginable hardship early in life—rescued from a market in the Middle East where he was tied up for sale—Pedro's capacity for love and trust continues to shine through. When Pedro first arrived, he was deeply traumatized with an injured leg that told the story of his difficult past. Through dedicated training and rehabilitation, he's made remarkable progress, but his healing journey continues.
