Butters has already tackled more in his young life than most puppies ever should have to.<br /> <br /> When he arrived at the shelter, he was covered in ticks and dealing with a painful hip injury that ultimately required an FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy) surgery. Through it all, he never lost the one thing that makes him unmistakably Butters—his endless enthusiasm for life.<br /> <br /> Now that he's healing, Butters is making incredible progress.
