About Cleo
🐾 Meet Cleo! 🐾 Cleo is an approximately 6-year-old Shih Tzu with a gentle heart and a little soul who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. ❤️ Having come from a breeding background, Cleo is still discovering the joys of being a beloved family pet. She can be very shy and fearful, and new situations can feel overwhelming, but with patience, kindness, and time, she’s slowly beginning to come out of her shell. 🐾 Cleo is starting to enjoy gentle pets from her foster and is becoming more comfortable with being handled. She may not be the kind of dog who runs up to greet you…
