About Chop
Chop is a 4 year old male American Pit Bull Terrier/Mix who weighs 64 pounds. This eager, high energy pup is ready to get out there and see what life has to offer! Are there going to be exciting scents to sniff? New friends to snuggle? Piles of chew toys? Chop is ready to find out! He is an energetic pup who will need plenty of physical and mental enrichment to keep him happy. While he has a proclivity for chewing, he does well with lots of pup-safe chews. He's crate trained, house trained and able to relax and take a nap while his people are out. Chop has even coexisted happily with a dog…
What's really in Chop's mix?
Shelter breed labels are an educated guess from a dog's looks, and they are often wrong. If you adopt Chop, a DNA test can show the actual breed mix, which helps you plan training, exercise and health checks. See how the two main tests sold in Canada compare.
