About Helena (Helle)
IN ADOPTION TRIAL: Helle has been an outstanding mom to her litter, and has one of those temperaments that is calm, watchful, quiet and willing to trust. We're working on all the basics of training including leashwork, getting more comfortable in a vehicle, and now that she has weaned her pups and been spayed, we'll start more evaluating on her willingness to be around other dogs and cats. We think she's no more than 2 years old.
What's really in Helena (Helle)'s mix?
Shelter breed labels are an educated guess from a dog's looks, and they are often wrong. If you adopt Helena (Helle), a DNA test can show the actual breed mix, which helps you plan training, exercise and health checks. See how the two main tests sold in Canada compare.
