🐾 Meet Oreo! 🐾 Oreo is an adorable 2-year-old lowrider who will be arriving at BARC’s on September 6 and is looking for a foster home! ❤️ This little guy was born and raised on Skid Row and has lived a life most dogs could never imagine. He has never felt grass under his paws, had the freedom to run around and do zoomies, or really had the opportunity to simply play and be a dog. Despite everything, Oreo is incredibly friendly with people — both men and women.
