Meet Ripple! Ripple is a two-year-old Welsh Terrier with a happy-go-lucky attitude and a heart full of love. Despite the rough conditions he came from, Ripple treats everyone he meets like a friend. This playful boy would love to join a family with children he can run and play with, and having another four-legged friend would bring him even more joy. Ripple is currently working on his manners, including sitting nicely and keeping all four paws on the floor when he gets excited.
