This handsome, sweet boy is Theo, and he is quite a little character! Theo came into our care as part of a special situation where we were helping with his neuter, with the plan for him to return afterward. Unfortunately, plans changed and Theo was no longer wanted back, so this sweet boy stayed with us — and now he’s looking for a forever family to call his own. Theo is a total sweetheart who absolutely loves people. He loves attention, loves to chat, and has a wonderfully friendly personality.
