Portia has been in foster for over a year and would like to speak to management. Her demands: snacks yes, dogs no, cats no, tiny furry freeloaders no, children no. In return, Portia is housetrained, crate trained, past the puppy nonsense, chill at home, loves walks and is loyal. She'd love a quieter home where every walk doesn't involve dodging numerous dogs and somebody's off-leash chihuahua. Is she for everyone? Absolutely not. Nobody asked her to be.
