About Scamp
I'm Scamp, a dignified older gentleman who comes permanently dressed for dinner in a black-and-white tuxedo. I have excellent manners, refined tastes, and just enough youthful nonsense left in me to prevent anyone from calling me boring. My preferred arrangement is to be near my people or one of my foster brothers. I'm a social fellow and would probably be happiest in a home with another dog, especially because being left behind is not currently one of my favourite activities.
